Privacy Policy
Clear, plain-English. Because your trust is our business model — not a line item.
📋 TL;DR — The Short Version
We don't sell your data. We don't share your data. We don't monetize your data.
Our revenue comes from subscriptions — not surveillance. SlidePilot processes speech entirely on your device. PulseMate encrypts your health journal end-to-end. When we say your data is yours, we mean it literally: you can export and delete everything, anytime.

Effective Date: May 1, 2026 | Last Updated: May 8, 2026
Pivotfrag LLC ("Pivotfrag," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications — SlidePilot and PulseMate (collectively, the "Products") — and our website at pivotfrag.com (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. No other personal identifiers are required.
1.2 SlidePilot — Audio Data. SlidePilot uses on-device speech recognition. Your microphone audio is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. We do not record, store, or access your voice data.
1.3 PulseMate — Health & Wellness Data. PulseMate collects information you voluntarily provide during your daily check-ins, which may include mood ratings, energy levels, dietary notes, body sensations, sleep quality, and free-text journal entries. This data is encrypted end-to-end and stored securely. You may export or delete your data at any time through the app settings.
1.4 Usage & Diagnostic Data. We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve our Products. This data does not include personally identifiable information or the content of your health journal or presentations.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Products and Services.
- To generate personalized AI insights within PulseMate based on your own data — and your data alone. We do not train models across users.
- To communicate with you about your account, including service updates, security alerts, and support responses.
- To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns for product improvement.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
⚠️ Our Unambiguous Commitment:
We do not sell, rent, trade, lease, or otherwise disclose your personal information, health data, or usage data to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Period.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, email delivery) to perform functions on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as necessary to provide services to us and are prohibited from selling or using your data for their own purposes.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request. We will notify you of such disclosure unless prohibited by law.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or use of your data.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit, informed consent.
4. AI Model Training & Data Usage
🔒 Critical Privacy Statement — Health & Personal Data:
With specific regard to our health tracking product, PulseMate, we make the following legally binding commitments:
- No Sale of Data: We do not and will never sell, license, or otherwise monetize your health data, mood data, journal entries, or any other personal information you provide through PulseMate.
- No Cross-User Model Training: AI models used within PulseMate are trained and personalized exclusively on your individual data. We do not aggregate or pool health data across users to train models. Your AI companion learns from you — and only from you.
- Local & Personal AI Processing: Where technically feasible, AI inference and personalization run on-device or within your encrypted account environment. Data used for AI processing is never exposed to third-party AI providers or external training pipelines.
- Data Portability & Deletion: You may export all your data in a standard, machine-readable format at any time. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data with a single action. Deletion is irreversible and complete within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- End-to-end encryption for PulseMate health data (AES-256).
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) for all network communications.
- On-device processing for SlidePilot speech recognition — audio data never leaves your device.
- Secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we commit to prompt notification in the event of a data breach affecting your personal information.
